How does your service work?

Exclusive Golf Services offers advance golf and accommodations booking and services free of charge. We offer as little or as much customization to your trip as needed to fit your budget. Our goal is to provide destination management for golf at the highest level of service offering many other services that other golf travel companies do not. Exclusive Golf combines more than 50 years of Golf, Hospitality, and Event Management experience to balance great pricing on golf and lodging with personal service while you are here. Our attention to detail makes your experience memorable and easy. We offer hotels, condominiums and resorts throughout Florida. You can use Exclusive Golf to book a tee time, arrange a complete package that can also include a rental car if you choose.

What happens if my accommodations or golf courses are not available?

Once you book a tee time or a package, we work securing your reservations immediately. Because we can book so far in advance, your requests are usually available and able to be secured. If for any reason your requested golf course or accommodations is not available, you will be contacted promptly by Exclusive Golf Services and offered suggestions for a comparable option and work with you until you are satisfied. If you choose not to proceed with the reservation because your first choice was not available, there are no cancellation charges in this case. Only after golf and packages have been contracted and accepted will there be charges.

What if one of the members in my group can’t make it?

There is a $50 fee per player to adjust the package and we will do our best to cancel any tee times and hotel reservations without out penalty depending on the policy of the course or hotel. There are some exceptions to this policy that usually apply to private home rentals, resorts or condos as some do have a strict policy (such as no cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival). Please check with us for the exact policy of your lodging choice.

It is also very important to understand that if you reduce the number of people sharing a home, condominium or hotel room — the package rate for the other travelers sharing the room will go up because the cost of the room will be divided by a smaller number of travelers if one cancels!

When is full payment due?

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

What happens if it rains?

Please call the golf course or our offices well before play is scheduled if the weather seems less than ideal on your day of play. If your round is officially declared a rainout by the pro shop and you have complied with all policy, you will be reimbursed in full.

Can each member of my group pay for his own package?

Yes. Once the group leader signs and books the package, each member of the group can sign a credit card authorization form and pay for their own package. Those who prefer to call us can do so at 407-484-1222 to provide their credit card information.

When will I receive my confirmation?

Your golf and or package will be confirmed to you once the deposit has been made and Itinerary agreement signed and accepted. Approximately 14 days before arrival vouchers needed will be sent or emailed to you.

How Far in advance can I book?

Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance depending on course and accommodations selected.

When do I need to send the deposit?

The $50 per player deposit on golf packages is due upon booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
